Monkeying Around

Kayden has definitely proven to be completely different from Hunter. Hunter has always been our careful, by the rules kind of boy, but Kayden, well here are some pictures of what we are now dealing with. Something new for Nic and I.

Little Monkey! He climbs on his chair, then atop his table, and then peers over the ledge above his head! And of course I always have to keep from laughing when I see him do this, I am supposed to discipline him, but its so hard sometimes, hes soo cute!

Kayden thinks this is the funniest thing hes ever done, he just laughs his head off while holding on!!

All about Bikes

Hunter and Papa have always loved going on bike rides together. Its really made me want to get on a bike again after so many years. Hunter got a new bike this summer and I'm using Carols old bike. I'm looking forward to the day that Hunter is ready to go out on his bike all by himself and we can go on bike rides together too!

We also found out Kayden loves bike rides just as much as Hunter.

Pool Parties

Being that its our last summer in our townhome, we are taking every opportunity to enjoy our swimming pool. We don't get to use it much, as it is a very cold pool. However when its really hot out, you can be sure to find us there!! I'm so proud of Hunter this year. Last year he never went further then the pool steps. This year hes actually swimming in the pool and for long periods of time. Next year we are looking forward to a really big backyard all to ourselves, where we can do slip n' slides, wading pools, and sprinklers. Even better when your 2 and 4 years old!!!

Meet Maxwell

Well Nic and I have been discussing that question, do we have a third child? We kinda do, but when, and is it what we should do period?? Nic really wanted to have that next baby, and I wouldn't mind a kitten. So we compromised for now, and I got my kitten. Much easier to take care of, and he was only 8 weeks old when we got him, so that still counts as a baby right? The boys absolutely love him. Hunter is quite a bit firm, but this kitten is so smart, he hides his claws, and just takes the abuse Hunter gives him. Kayden just loves touching him, and tries to put his paw in his mouth to chew on. Poor Maxwell, hes going to have to put up with this for sometime, but boy is he really good around the boys. I'm very thankful, otherwise he would have to find another home.
